Agreement to Terms

All project specifics, including deliverables, timelines, and costs, will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) to be agreed upon by both parties before any work commences.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for a project, Adexy grants the client a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the final delivered assets. Adexy retains the right to use the work for self-promotional purposes, such as in our portfolio.
